If you write to hello@uptechrune.com, we keep the message: your name if you give it, the email address, the company name if you give it, and what you wrote. We need that to reply and to keep an ordinary business record of the exchange.

The host that serves the site may keep ordinary logs: IP address, browser, date, and the page requested. Those logs are for operating and securing the site.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or identity documents to hello@uptechrune.com. The portal sign-in asks for a password only to check that one was typed. That password is not stored and is not sent to us.

This site does not set analytics cookies or advertising cookies. We do not build an advertising profile from a visit.

The chat button loads Tawk.to. It may set a cookie so a conversation can continue, and the messages you type there are sent to Tawk.to so we can reply.

A host may set a cookie that is required to serve the page or to keep the connection secure. We do not use that cookie to recognize you on other sites.

The client portal is a sign-in for an account we have already issued. The form checks that an email and a password were typed. It does not open a session, does not create an account, and does not store the password. To register, write to hello@uptechrune.com.

Software, advertising, search, AI, and hotel software are covered by a written agreement, not by this page alone. Repositories, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Search Console, and hotel records stay in the client’s name. We use material from an engagement only for that engagement.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not give a visitor list to advertisers.

We share information with the host that serves the site, and with a payment processor when you pay an invoice, only so they can do that job. They may use it only for that purpose.

Email is kept while we need it to answer you and for ordinary business records, including a record we must keep for a tax, accounting, or legal duty. Server logs follow the host’s retention.

Write to hello@uptechrune.com if you want a thread deleted. We delete it when we do not need it for a record, a dispute, or a legal duty, and we tell you if we cannot delete it yet and why.

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold from your correspondence, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@uptechrune.com from the address you used, so we can tell the request is yours. We answer within 30 days.

We do not discriminate against you for asking. A request does not, by itself, cancel an invoice for work already delivered.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

The company is in Delaware. If you write from another country, the message is handled in the United States. We do not appoint a representative in another country, because this site does not offer accounts to the public and does not track visitors with advertising tags.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Use of the site and a paid engagement are covered by the terms. Delivery and refunds are on their own page.
