This User Agreement governs the rights and obligations between you and us when using the Uptech Rune Technology LLC platform.

1. Parties

Service Provider: Uptech Rune Technology LLC

User: The individual or legal entity that registers for and uses the platform services

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets forth the terms governing the user's use of the digital product sales platform. By registering, you are deemed to have accepted this agreement.

3. Registration and Account Security

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during registration
• It is your responsibility to maintain account security and keep your password confidential
• You are responsible for transactions made through your account

4. Scope of Service

Through the platform, you may sell PIN codes, digital products, and plugins/themes. The scope of service varies according to the selected package. Technical support is provided according to package features.

5. Obligations

User obligations:

• To conduct activities in compliance with applicable laws
• To respect third-party rights
• Not to misuse the platform

Service provider obligations:

• To provide the service as specified in the agreement
• To process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

6. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement. The agreement ends when your account deletion request is processed. In case of violation, the service provider has the right to unilateral termination.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by applicable law. Competent courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
